Dolce Açaí was created with the purpose of bringing the true taste of Brazilian açaí to the United States, with premium quality, safety, and consistency.
We produce our own açaí in Brazil, using fruits harvested from the Amazon Rainforest, recognized as the origin of the best açaí in the world. Unlike many brands, we do not outsource our production: the entire process takes place in our own facility, following strict quality standards.
The fruits undergo blanching (thermal shock), ensuring food safety, and all batches are laboratory tested before release.
We have a specialized technical team, made up of food engineers and a nutritionist, ensuring excellence at every stage.
